HGH Releasers - the Pill and Powder ProductsAll the human growth hormone supplements that are digested, the pills, capsules, tablets, and powders are called releasers. They may also be called secretagogues, enhancers, precursors, or stimulators. Such products are dietary supplements that are regulated by the FDA's food laws. The better HGH releasers contain amino acids, yet some of these products are mostly vitamins and herbs such as ginseng. HGH Releaser SpraysDue to the great popularity and effectiveness of HGH sprays over the years, there are now some spray products that contain amino acids, vitamins, herbs, etc., in homeopathic amounts. These types of sprays contain no homeopathic human growth hormone (the only form of HGH contained in any non-injection product). The Ingredients Contained in HGH ReleasersThe main ingredients in the higher quality pill and powder supplements are amino acids. Amino acids are nothing new. Bodybuilders and athletes have been taking the same amino acids in dietary supplements for many years, long before there were any HGH products, and they still take those same amino acids daily. We receive amino acids in common foods, and in various health supplements and protein powders. As previously stated, many of the releaser type products contain vitamins, especially the B vitamins. Other ingredients commonly found in these products are herbs such as ginseng. We know the B vitamins and ginseng can provide benefits such as increased energy, so it may be that these ingredients are added to a product to make it appear to be effective. For instance, increased energy is one of the most popular benefits of increasing human growth hormone in the body, so if the person taking such a product has an increase in energy he may think that his HGH level is increasing, when in reality he is only experiencing the benefits of vitamins and/or ginseng. Before taking any releaser, secretagogue, precursor, or enhancer customers should check the exact ingredients in the product so they can make sure the product does not contain ingredients they are already taking in other supplements. Large doses of amino acids can cause problems.

Those wishing to supplement their amino acid and vitamin intake may do so affordably at their local health food store. In my case, besides the foods I eat I also receive amino acids from the protein powder I take daily for breakfast, but I would not depend upon amino acids alone for my anti-aging therapy.
