We do not use cookies to retrieve any personal information, we only use cookies to give you better, more personalized service while using our online store and our forums. We do not sell, trade, give, nor share any client information, this includes e-mail addresses and phone numbers. We do not spam or solicit and we do not approve of spamming or soliciting and so we will never deliver our customer's information to others.

We take extra steps to ensure a safe and private ordering experience. During the ordering process we request only information that is pertinent and is required to properly process and deliver your order.

For extra safety your credit card information is not stored on our web server or any web server.

You will only receive an e-mail from us if you e-mail us. If you e-mail us you will receive our e-mail reply only. If you place an order online you will receive an e-mail confirmation notifying you that your order has been received, and you will receive a 2nd e-mail notifying you that your order has been completed.

If you choose UPS shipping, UPS will send you one e-mail that contains your tracking number.
