Which HGH Site Should You Trust?

Over the past 8 years I have heard of many online scams and I have spoken with many customers who were ripped off. For these reasons I have written the information below, to hopefully help those interested in human growth hormone supplements to make the right choice.

Please Consider These Important Issues When Choosing a Web Site:

1. Who owns the web site, how hard is it to find the web site owner's name?

If you cannot find the name of the owner it may be that the site is actually only a self replicating web site for a multi-level marketing company, or else the owner of the web site may not want you to know his/her name. Remember, you will be giving your credit card information to an unknown person if you place an order at such a site.

2. Does the web site give the owner's address?

If the company's physical address cannot be found on the web site I would be very suspicious.

3. How long has the company or seller been selling HGH products?

If the web site provides no information about the owner's years of experience or years in business then the web site may be new and the owner may have little or no experience.

4. Does the web site provide a way to contact the owner/seller via phone, e-mail or form? Does their e-mail address reside on their own server, or is it a free e-mail address from Hotmail, Yahoo, or Google?

Free e-mail addresses are used when people want to remain anonymous. Free e-mail addresses can be easily set up using fake information.

5. Can you phone for any questions about the product? Does the person answering your questions seem to know much about the product he/she is selling?

The seller/company should provide a valid telephone number and should be easily accessible before and also after the sale. He/she should also have some knowledge and experience regarding the product he/she is selling.

6. When you call the seller during the day is the phone answered, or do you always have to leave a message, and your call is returned at night?

Some sellers have a full time job during the day, and so any calls they receive are returned at night, after they get home from work. Your order may not be shipped until this seller receives enough sales to warrant him purchasing a case of the product you ordered from his source. This takes time and so you may not receive the product right away.

7. Does the web site show any customer testimonials?

If so, are the full names of the customers giving the testimonials provided, such as "Lisa Wells from California", or are the names of the customers who wrote the testimonials given only as "L. W. from California" or "Lisa from California", or "Lisa W. from California"? If the testimonials are legitimate then the customer's full names should be given.

If testimonials are used are the testimonials from the seller's own clients, or are they only general testimonials that everyone who sells that product uses on their web site, and that particular seller does not even know the people the testimonials refer to?

*Also, are the testimonials from paid endorsers or from people who are looking for free publicity? For instance, a testimonial that also includes a professional photo of an aspiring bodybuilder or model is free advertising and exposure for that person.

8. Does the web site offer a toll free phone number?

A business does not have to offer a toll free phone number but it is more professional and it is more convenient for customers.

9. Does the web site offer a way to order online? If so, is the shopping cart secure? Does the secure shopping cart reside on its own server with its own security certificate?

Some sellers share a secure server with hundreds or thousands of other sellers. Instead of having their own server, they use someone else's.

10. Does the shopping cart store credit card information on a web server?

Shopping carts that store or "warehouse" credit card numbers are prime targets for hackers.

11. Does the company offer a money back guarantee?

Try to ensure the web site's owner/distributor is established and will still be available if you have questions or problems. Also, you want them to still be selling the product if and when you are ready to order again.

*If you browse many web sites you will find that some sellers switch from one product to another. The URL of their web site may be named after one brand, but on their web pages you find they are now selling an entirely different product.

Please be aware that some sellers now offer several different brands of HGH products. I believe that sellers who switch products or sell several different products at the same time are more interested in finding the product that makes them the most money, than the product which is most effective.

I personally feel more comfortable when purchasing a product from a seller who is in that business full time, and who believes in the product he/she is selling, rather than a seller who sells products on the side, or sells several different brands, or who moves from one brand to another, and who may or may not be selling that product tomorrow.
