83. I knew I would be providing "results feedback" after only one week! I have experienced the following results, some in milder form than others, but ALL wonderful! (you may use my e-mail in your testimonials, if you like)

• increased energy

• increased mental clarity and concentration (regarding the concentration...it is strange...I notice that I am now able to focus on someone's face and eyes as they are talking to me. I could never do that before. It seems to be a better focus on my part now, or possibly a calmness from within, both derived from the HGH & IGF-1!)

• increased sexual energy (and the "results" are truly amazing! LOL)

• increased muscle tone (I definitely feel that the few isometric exercises that I have the energy to do, are "taking" much more intensely, as if I have been lifting weights!)

• increased strength (I just feel stronger in general, i.e., lifting my dog, getting up and down from a squat position, etc.)

• smoother skin, more even-colored complexion (someone at work even said that my face looked "different"...when I mentioned the smoother skin, she said that that was it...my face was "filled out", more smooth-looking. Even the skin on my stomach feels smoother and softer)

• I had been daily taking pain and anti-inflammatory medicines for lower back and pulled hamstring conditions...I just realized that I haven't taken any of either for about three days now! Yesss!

As I am sensitive to all medications/supplements, I am still experimenting with doseage...I am having a few heart palpitations at night, and feeling a little hyper during the day.
