increased energy

increased mental clarity and concentration (regarding the concentration...it is strange...I notice that I am now able to focus on someone's face and eyes as they are talking to me. I could never do that before. It seems to be a better focus on my part now, or possibly a calmness from within, both derived from the HGH & IGF-1!)

increased sexual energy (and the "results" are truly amazing! LOL)

increased muscle tone (I definitely feel that the few isometric exercises that I have the energy to do, are "taking" much more intensely, as if I have been lifting weights!)
