Shipping Policy

We ship every business day. Orders placed by 2 PM central time Monday through Thursday, and before 12 PM CT on Friday are usually shipped that same day. Orders placed after those hours or during the weekend are shipped the next business day. Although we strive to ship orders the same business day as received if possible, we guarantee to ship all orders within 3 business days unless weather causes delays with UPS and/or U.S. Postal shipping, which is beyond our control.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, your UPS tracking number will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you gave when you placed your online order. Domestic orders shipped via U.S.P.S. will receive a shipping confirmation number.

***Please be sure to give us an e-mail address where we can reach you, please double check your spelling, and please be sure your spam program will allow delivery of our order confirmation e-mail. If using a free e-mail address please make sure your mailbox is not full.

We receive many notices that our order confirmation e-mails have been returned undeliverable "no such e-mail address", or were blocked by anti-spam e-mail programs, or the customer's mailbox was full and so our confirmations could not be delivered.

These customers cannot receive our e-mail order confirmations and may think it was not sent, but every customer receives an e-mail order confirmation from us. We also e-mail customers if there is a problem with their order.

If you place an order online and you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 5 minutes after placing the order that means that our e-mail was blocked, or else the e-mail address you gave us could not be reached. Please check your spam folder, and you may also login to our online store if you made a user account and verify your e-mail address is spelled correctly. E-mail sent by our online store is sent from "hgh-pro.com", so please place our domain in your "allow e-mail" list.

*No deliveries on weekends unless special arrangements are made with our shipping department. Deliveries on Saturday are at an additional charge.

*Orders being shipped to U.S. PO Boxes will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, the shipping charge is the same as UPS Ground.

*All orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses will receive FREE U.S. Postal Service shipping, even though the online store cannot apply free shipping based on certain addresses. APO/FPO orders cannot be shipped "Next Business Day" or "2nd Business Day".

Because our main offices are in Texas and all products are always shipped from Texas we are required to charge sales tax on all orders being shipped to Texas only.

If you do not receive your order in the amount of time specified below please contact us. Sometimes UPS loses or misdirects a package, or they cannot find the address, or they leave a notice that gets removed from the door of the customer and so the customer doesn't know UPS tried to deliver the package. We have shipped your order promptly so we need to see what is going on with the carrier.

Shipping charges for our Male and Female Combos are as stated below. The cost is more because each Combo contains from 9 to 21 items.

NOTICE - To customers who order a Male or Female Combo: When ordering online please be sure to choose the correct shipping charge for "COMBOS ONLY " when checking out. If you choose the wrong shipping charge we will correct it before processing your order offline.
