Important Shipping Information and Policy

There are some countries such as Australia where we must ship via the U.S.P.S. (U.S. Postal Service) due to customs.

Occasionally, UPS shipping to a certain country will cost much more than the flat rate our online store charges. If you choose UPS shipping, and this is the case, we reserve the right to ship your order via the U.S.P.S. We will decrease your S/H charge to the correct amount before your order is processed offline.

ATTENTION: We have no control over whether taxes or fees are charged to you by your country's customs and so we are not responsible for any such charges. If concerned that you may be charged tax or fees please check with your local customs department before ordering.

By placing an order you acknowledge the fact that your customs may require you to pay taxes or duties in order to receive your package. If you refuse delivery of the package, the shipping charges and any taxes or duties that must be paid in order for customs to return the package to us will be deducted from your refund.

*It is the responsibility of all international customers to check with their country's customs department to see if it is legal to import our homeopathic and dietary supplements. We are not responsible for any packages that are seized or destroyed by your customs department. Read our actual Shipping Policy below.

Delivery Time For International Packages

Actual delivery time depends on the amount of time the package spends in customs. Due to customs, we cannot guarantee an exact time when a package will arrive. For instance, we cannot guarantee that a package shipped via UPS "2nd Business Day" delivery to Canada will actually be delivered in 2 business days due to the fact that the package may be held up in Canadian customs. UPS can only guarantee that the package will arrive to customs on time.

We usually ship packages the same business day if received before 2 PM central time Monday through Thursday, or before 12 PM central time on Friday. Orders placed after these hours are shipped the next business day.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders will be shipped within three business days of the order date, however typically orders received before 12:00 PM Central time Monday - Friday are shipped that same business day (all orders received after 12:00 PM are typically shipped the next business day).
All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking numbers.
Packages refused at the customers request will be assessed a second shipping charge and refunded accordingly.
UPS Domestic Orders shipped with an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged a $7.00 fee.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service within 3 business days of the order date, however, typically orders received before 12:00 PM Central time are shipped that same business day (all orders received after 12:00 PM are typically shipped the next business day).
International customers are responsible for checking with there local customs office for any ingredients that may be restricted from entering into their country.
We are not responsible for any customs/duty fees associated with import.
We are not responsible for any package held or seized by an International customs office.
We reserve the right to change UPS shipping options to USPS if we deem it necessary: (1) If additional UPS surcharges are added to a package that is in excess of the standard shipping charge. (2) If customs problems are known to occur using UPS to the designated country.
Packages refused at the customers request will be assessed a second shipping charge and refunded accordingly.
UPS International Orders shipped with an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged a $15.00 fee.
