Shipping Policy

ATTENTION: We have no control over whether taxes or fees are charged to you by your country's customs and so we are not responsible for any such charges. If concerned that you may be charged tax or fees please check with your local customs department before ordering.

By placing an order you acknowledge the fact that your customs may require you to pay taxes or duties in order to receive your package. If you refuse delivery of the package, the shipping charges and any taxes or duties that must be paid in order for customs to return the package to us will be deducted from your refund.

*It is the responsibility of all international customers to check with their country's customs department to see if it is legal to import our homeopathic and dietary supplements. We are not responsible for any packages that are seized or destroyed by your customs department. Read our actual Shipping Policy below.

Delivery Time For International Packages

Actual delivery time depends on the amount of time the package spends in customs. Due to customs, we cannot guarantee an exact time when a package will arrive. For instance, we cannot guarantee that a package shipped via Express delivery to an address outside the U.S. will actually be delivered in 1-5 business days due to the fact that the package may be held up in that country's customs. Our carriers can only guarantee that the package will arrive to customs on time.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders will be shipped within three business days of the order date, however typically orders received before 12:00 PM Central time Monday - Friday are shipped that same business day (all orders received after 12:00 PM are typically shipped the next business day).
All United States domestic orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS with tracking numbers.
Packages refused at the customers request will be assessed a second shipping charge and refunded accordingly upon return of the package.
Orders processed with an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged a $7.00 processing fee.
United States Domestic shipping services include Express Shipping $25.00 (1-2 business days) Standard Shipping $7.00 (3-5 business days).

International Shipping

All International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS within three working days of the order date.
International customers are responsible for checking with their local customs office regarding any ingredients in our products that may be restricted from entering into their country.
We are not responsible for any customs/duty fees associated with import.
We are not responsible for any package held or seized by an International customs office.
Packages refused at the customers request will be assessed a second shipping charge and refunded accordingly upon return of the package.
International orders processed with an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged a $15.00 processing fee.
International shipping services includes Express Shipping $35.00 (1-5 business days with tracking) or Standard Shipping $18.00 (5-15 business days without tracking).
