Return InstructionsProBLEN ProductsA Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns. In order to receive a refund we must be notified within 90 days of the time you received a 3 month supply of a spray product, or within 30 days of the time you received a one month supply of a spray or other ProBLEN product. To request a refund please call 888-326-2121 or 469-273-3395. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and will notify you of that number by the end of the next business day. All bottles must be received in our office within 14 days after we issue your Return Authorization Number. The products must adhere to our guarantee policy in order to receive a refund. Please safely pack and return all bottles. Your Return Authorization Number must be written on the outside of the box the bottles are being returned in. All returns are at the customer's risk and expense so we recommend shipping in a way that can be insured and tracked.
Refund PolicyWe reserve up to 30 days from the time we receive a return to issue the refund using the original method of payment, however, we strive to issue refunds promptly and so we usually issue refunds sooner. Our Newsletter Mailing ListIf you joined our mailing list when you placed your order and you no longer wish to receive our newsletter please let us know so we can remove you from our list.
