ProBLEN Products

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns. In order to receive a refund we must be notified within 90 days of the time you received a 3 month supply of a spray product, or within 30 days of the time you received a one month supply of a spray or other ProBLEN product.

To request a refund please call 469-273-3395. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and will notify you of that number by the end of the next business day. All bottles must be received in our office within 14 days after we issue your Return Authorization Number.

Please safely pack and return all bottles. Your Return Authorization Number must be written on the outside of the box the bottles are being returned in.

All returns are at the customer's risk and expense so we recommend shipping in a way that can be insured and tracked.

Refund Policy

We reserve up to 30 days to issue refunds using the original method of payment, however, we strive to issue refunds promptly and so we schedule refunds to be processed on Wednesdays, and completed on Fridays. This means that if we receive your authorized return on Monday, we will plan to process the return on Wednesday, and issue your refund that coming Friday.
