Male Balance or Female Balance
Recommended Dosage: The recommended dosage is 2 sprays under the tongue 3 times a day, 6 days a week, or as recommended by your private healthcare provider. The spray should be held under the tongue for about one minute before swallowing, to make sure the active ingredients are properly absorbed.
Male Plus or Female Plus
Recommended Dosage: The Male Plus and Female Plus products come in convenient dose packets that consist of 2 capsules and 2 tablets. The tablets are formulated to be 99% dissolved in only 17 minutes.
The recommended dosage is one dose packet 2 times a day with food, or as recommended by your private healthcare provider.
The first dose packet should be taken with your morning meal and the second dose packet should be taken with your evening meal. Male Plus and Female Plus may be taken every day.
HGH Plus IGF-1 & IGF-2
Recommended Dosage: The recommended dose is 2 sprays under the tongue three times a day, or as recommended by your private healthcare provider. The spray should be held under the tongue for about one minute before swallowing, to make sure the active ingredients are properly absorbed. The recommended cycle is to take the product for 6 days and take each 7th day off. It is also recommended to take one week off after each 3 months of therapy.

Rest Assure
Recommended Dosage: Two capsules at bedtime with 8 oz water, or as directed by your private healthcare provider. Although you can take Rest Assure every night, it may not be required. The dose should be based on how well you respond to the formula. Some may only need one capsule at bedtime, and some may need to take Rest Assure only every other night. If when taking Rest Assure you find yourself drowsy the next morning then consider reducing your dosage.
Cholesterol/Glucose Support
Recommended Dosage: The recommended dose is 2 capsules daily.
MSM Plus
Recommended Dosage: The recommended maintenance dose is 2 to 3 capsules daily.
Conclusion
When taking several sprays you may take them at around the same time. They may be taken one after the other; take the first spray, hold that spray under the tongue for about a minute, then swallow, then take the next spray, etc., or they may all be sprayed under the tongue at the same time and hold the sprays under the tongue for about one minute before swallowing.
