Information About Our AUTOSHIP Program

By placing an order for a product on AUTOSHIP (automatic shipment) you agree to have your first AUTOSHIP charged and shipped to you at the 10% off or special discounted price, plus shipping. You also agree to have another order of the same product charged and sent to you at the same price, plus shipping, at the appropriate time. If your AUTOSHIP is for our 3 bottle special you will receive one shipment every 3 months; if your AUTOSHIP is for one bottle, you will receive one shipment every month. Your AUTOSHIP will remain in effect until you cancel it.

AUTOSHIPS of our Anti-Aging Combos do not include an extra 10% off the regular one-time shipment discount prices because their prices are already much more than 10% off the regular "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" 3 bottle price of each item in the Combos. We do apply free standard U.S. shipping or a $7 shipping discount to all Anti-Aging Combos on AUTOSHIP.

ProBLEN Automatic Shipping (AUTOSHIP) Program Policy

• All AUTOSHIP Customers receive a 10% discount (or the quoted discount) off the regular price on each item purchased for monthly or quarterly automatic shipment at the time of purchase. (The 10% discount is not applied to Male and Female Combos because they are already discounted more than 10%).
• Any coupons or discounts that are used when ordering any product on AUTOSHIP will be applied to the first shipment only.
• Customers may contact us and request we ship their next AUTOSHIP shipment earlier than scheduled if needed.
• Customers may delay their MONTHLY AUTOSHIP up to 4 weeks or their QUARTERLY AUTOSHIP up to 13 weeks by contacting us.
• Customers may cancel their AUTOSHIP at any time.
• Customers must contact us to request cancellation of their AUTOSHIP at least 48 hours before the next AUTOSHIP order is due to be processed or they will still be charged Shipping and Handling charges.

An order placed for any of our products on AUTOSHIP signifies your agreement to this AUTOSHIP Policy.

PLEASE NOTE: While on AUTOSHIP if your credit card is declined at the time your next shipment is due we will attempt to notify you. If you do not contact us with either a new form of payment or a request to cancel your AUTOSHIP we will attempt to get authorization on your credit card and if authorization is received we will send your next shipment. A declined credit card does not cancel your AUTOSHIP. If you would like to cancel please notify us at least 48 hours before your next shipment is due. However, we reserve the right to cancel your AUTOSHIP if we cannot obtain payment authorization.

If you cancel your AUTOSHIP using our contact form we will send cancellation confirmation to the e-mail address you provided.
