- All Customers who purchased a single spray product must contact us and request a return authorization number within thirty (30) days of date of purchase before returning any product for a refund.
- Single bottle returns must arrive with any unused portion of the product included.
- All Customers who purchased a 3 or more bottle special must request a return authorization number from us within ninety (90) days of the date of purchase before returning products.
- Customers who purchased a 3 bottle special must return two (2) of the three (3) bottles unopened and in resalable condition. Eligible returns with only one (1) of the three (3) bottles unopened and in resalable condition will receive a 50% refund. Orders with 3 opened bottles are not eligible for a refund.
- Customers who purchased a 5 bottle special must return four (4) of the five (5) bottles unopened and in resalable condition. Eligible returns with more than one (1) bottle opened will receive a partial refund based on the amount of bottles returned in unopened and resalable condition. Orders with 5 opened bottles are not eligible for a refund.
- Customers who purchased a 6 bottle special must return five (5) of the six (6) bottles unopened and in resalable condition. After taking the product for 90 days (3 bottles) a repeat lab test must be done. If the intended hormone level does not show improvement via the lab test we will refund the full purchase price of the 3 bottles.
- Customers must return the 3 empty bottles in order to receive a full refund.
- Customers who purchased more than 3 bottles of the same product must return all other bottles in new and resalable condition.
